FEBRUARY 2021 • SKYY9 CENTRE CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS
THE RIGHT MOVE
PAY LESS, GET MORE
The final piece of the SKYY9 Centre project, the front of the building, will be completed within the next 30 days. The front hoarding will be removed and passing traffic will finally be able to see the attractive green-glass facade from top to bottom. Both visitors and occupiers will be able to pay a visit to the building after Songkran 2021.
The office section of the SKYY9 Centre comprises 40,000 square metres, spread across 29 floors. Column-free floor plates measure 1,400 square metres. Office units, finished to grade A standard, can be rented from between 91 square metres and 1,400 square metres. There are two separate lift lobbies, divided into high and low zones, accessed by turnstile authorization and serviced by high-speed elevators. Each office unit benefits from its own individual male and female bathrooms, which avoids the need to share bathrooms or pantries with other SKYY9 Centre users.
The retail section of the SKYY9 Centre comprises 9,400 square metres, spread across 8 floors. This part of the building has its own independent elevators and escalators, connecting all retail floors. In addition to office tenants, SKYY9 Centre retail space is open to 16,000 multi-family residential units within a 1km radius. The area immediately behind the SKYY9 Centre is one of the highest density residential areas in Bangkok, east of the Chao Phraya river.
SKYY9 Centre is constructed to LEED gold standard, incorporating the latest environmental and building technology. Fibre optic connectivity and PM 2.5 air filtration is provided throughout all parts of the building. SKYY9 Centre has 840 parking spaces, which is double the grade A office standard, including facility for over 200 electrical vehicle charging points.
